SibSoft CommuniMail is a Mailing List Manager and newsletter script with a bounce back system and a WYSIWYG editor. It's a program that handles the subscriptions of a mailing list and also sends out newsletters--E-mails that are received by everyone who is subscribed to the mailing list.

SibSoft CommuniMail can be installed on Linux or Windows servers and, according to the vendor, can be used by a non-technical person who does not have to be a professional Web programmer. Also, it could be installed on a server without the MySQL database and use text files (CSV) as data storage, and could be used with virtual or dedicated hosting.

Typical usages include: Company updates, community mailings, site updates, product announcements, update employees, collection of visitor information, subscription for news.
