Products include call center phone systems with predictive dialer, interactive voice response, automatic call distribution, and call recording. Supplier of CRM software including telemarketing applications with telephony software and services.

All products operate on a local area network or over the web. DSC utilizes LINUX servers to process data and to control our telephony products. DSC also is a service provider of automated call center functions. Inbound IVR services and outbound Voice Broadcasting is provided at our service center. DSC specializes in emergency voice broadcast functions for communities and organizations.
